Dr. Victor Konstantynov is an Associate Professor of International Relations at the Institute of International Relations, Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Sciences. His research interests are focused on international regionalism, regional security and stability, regional cooperation in the post-Soviet space, and the methodology of international relations research.
