Oleksandr Cheban, PhD, is a research fellow at Odessa Center for Nonproliferation. Previously he was a Fulbright Research Fellow at Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington, DC, and Visiting Research Fellow at NATO Defense College in Rome. Oleksandr Cheban has published research papers on nuclear nonproliferation and the nuclear programme of Iran.
