Iuliia Tsyrfa, Ph.D. in Political Sciences, Assistant Lecturer at the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. In 2010-2013, she worked as a junior research fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute of the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
